CARING HOMES is a Not-for-Profit organization. It specialises in providing accommodation services (into new housing, better services or improving our properties) for those that are less advantaged.
We do support for people who are seeking a place to live and feel secure and be cared.
OUR Accommodations
We being specialised in Disability accommodation services, we understand your needs and services required. We have various properties with options to suit your needs. Social Housing
This type of housing is for people on very low incomes who can’t find suitable accommodation in the private rental market.
Affordable housing
This type of housing is usually defined as housing that is rented at a lower than market rate
Specialist Disability Accommodation
Few of our Homes are Disability friendly depending on the type of disability you may have.
This is a specific type of housing for people with a disability and high support needs, allowing increased accessibility and better support delivery.
Specialist Accommodations: Some of our homes are undergoing NDIS-SDA and or Rooming House registration.
We offer a diverse range of residential options and Supports on a permanent or respite basis in a pleasant, relaxing and home like environment in a quiet neighbourhood. Our exclusive rooms have pleasant and peaceful settings. Bedrooms and Lounges in particular benefit from sunny views over parklands and gardens. Some of our rooms have private en-suites for maximum privacy.
Our aim is to provide a comfortable living environment, personalized to the requirements of our residents, where Independence and enjoyment of life is encouraged and maintained.

This means allowing you to live in a way that is meaningful to you, where you feel secure and respected, where you can have private, relaxing moments as well as opportunities to be as active as you choose, socialize and build connections in a friendly and home like atmosphere, surrounded by loving and compassionate support team. - Most of our accommodations are close to shopping centres, access to public transports, parks, medical centres, and other facilities.
- At Caring Homes, Our experienced staff understand the pressures on families; we consider each unique situation and offer our best possible support. We only employ appropriately qualified and experienced support staff to meet those challenging support needs and offer advice.
